Each customer is allowed one user as part of their subscription fee. Additional users are charged at two reduced rates. Rate 1 is for users 2 and 3. Rate 2 is for users 4 and upward. For example, a published rate of '60/30%' means 'Rate 1' is 60% and 'Rate 2' is 30% of the customer fee. Note that additional premium database charges are charged on a first and subsequent user basis which may not be th same as the user number.

The Service Fee is a vendor fee that pays for the infrastructure, ongoing database updates and support of the service. The service fee is based on the selected vendor plan and is paid at the beginning of each plan term (Monthly or Quarterly).

The Customer fee is calculated for each customer and varies with each plan, number of user and additional optional premium datasources. It includes use of the Monitor+ API, any associated tools, bandwidth, access to our free time series databases and support for them via the vendor. Premium databases are also available to customers and are priced separately. Customer fees are paid by the vendor at the end of each plan term (Monthly or Quarterly). Payment terms are 30 days from date due.

We do not charge VAT to companies reside or are registered for tax outside of Great Britain.

The customers are vendor customers and so all customer billing is done by the vendor. This allows vendors to simplify customer billing andv the terms and rates that customers are charged for the service. It also allows for us to act simply as agents for the vendor.

Fees can be paid in British Pounds, Euros or US Dollars. The rate is calculated based on the European Central Bank rate on January 1 of the billing year. All feed are converted to the equivalent published US$ amount.

We charge a Customer Fee (based on the subscription type) which is lower than the suggested fee of $120 per month. We offer similar discounts for both additional users and access to our own premium datasources.

For example, using the difference between our published Customer Fee and the suggested $120 fee, a startup would need only 25 customers to effectively cancel the sevice fee giving them a virtually free and fully supported service.

For licencing reasons, our Premium Market Data is for internal customer use only and cannot be published externally without prior written permission from Sarus Systems Limited.

Customer employees (who are not named subscribers to the service) who directly use market data from our service (in any medium) must pay a small fee of 3% of the customer fee. This fee is capped to a maximum of 30 users per company.
